How does QuietCheck work?

QuietCheck monitors when your loved one last used their phone and shares that timestamp with connected family members. If they haven't been active for a set period, you receive an alert.

What data does QuietCheck collect?

Only phone activity timestamps — when the device was last used. We do not track location, read messages, monitor apps, or access any personal content.

How do I connect with a family member?

Your loved one creates an invite code in the app and shares it with you. Enter the code to connect. They control the connection and can revoke it at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QuietCheck → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain premium features until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to the Premium screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
